Q3 is a revolutionary approach to health and wellness. The World Health Organization defines health as not merely the absence of disease or infirmity, but a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being. Our Q3 staff has combined their unique knowledge of emotional, physical and nutritional information to provide you with an educational process in which all aspects of your health will improve.

How committed to YOU are you?

 

  • Weekly 1.5 hour classes that include nutritional, emotional and physical tools.

  • Monthly 3 hour interactive workshops that explore seasonal patterns – eating patterns, relationship patterns, and personality patterns. Classes are the 1st Saturday of each month.

  • Cooking classes that use local and seasonal foods to help stretch your food dollars and create healthier eating habits.

  • A buddy system that generates accountability in ways that work for you.

  • One personal training session to create an exercise program that fits your lifestyle.

  • Understand why strong physical bodies are necessary for joy and passion.

  • Optional trips such as grocery store classes, to learn how to read labels, stretch your food budget and get the most nutritious meals for your money.

  • Ways to reframe old messages about your body, your health and success.

Your Q3 staff will present a new topic each week relative to their area of expertise. You will begin to examine your behavior patterns to learn what makes you tick, how to get from A to Z, and what things pus you off your designated path. We will also have intriguing guest speakers. Each 8-week cycle builds on the consecutive cycles.

Breakout session with your buddy to establish accountability, how you would like to be supported, and what your commitment to each other will be.

Week Two: Physical Focus

Week Three: Nutritional Focus

Week Four: Emotional Focus and check in on your eight week goal.

Week Five: Emotional Focus

Week Six: Physical Focus

Week Seven: Nutritional Focus

Week Eight: How did we do?

Check in to see how well you did on your goal. What did you learn? Do you need to change anything? After our check in, we have a celebration to mark our progress.

 

How do we measure change?

Because the Q3 program focuses on more than weight loss, we measure your progress in a variety of ways. These include:

  • Weighing in (optional)
  • Body mass: fat vs. muscle
  • Total body water
  • Behavior changes
  • Relationship changes
  • Journal tracking

These measurable differences help you to SEE the progress you are making as well as connecting behaviors, moods, food choices and exercises. Those connections will reveal a map of your own unique intelligence, as well as areas that can be strengthened and developed.
