EXECUTIVE
COACHING
Interpersonal intelligence is the ability to understand other people:
what motivates them, how they function, and how to work cooperatively
with them. Successful salespeople, politicians, teachers, and religious
leaders are all likely to be individuals with high degrees of interpersonal
intelligence.
Intrapersonal intelligence is the relationship one has with oneself.
It is the capacity to form an accurate representation of oneself,
and to be able to use that understanding to operate effectively
in life.
Social
intelligence is the marriage of these two. By understanding how
the self reacts with either conflict or harmony, leaders can quickly
assess and respond to situations involving others with insight,
innovation, and inspiration.
Executive
coaching sessions start with an in-depth evaluation. This concise
tool reveals hidden motivators, as well as personality type and
area of purpose. Since most of our beliefs are imprinted before
the age of 5, we are often unconscious of our ideas about how the
world works. These ideas drive our lives. The evaluation allows
the coach to fast forward. There is no wasted time reliving past
history. It
often takes years of traditional therapy for people just to get
to the present moment. This unique program accelerates success by
focusing on what needs change now, knowing that in changing the
now, the past is resolved.
Areas addressed include:
• No-fault conflict resolution
• Personal effectiveness
• Inspiring others
• Integrity
• Improved satisfaction
• Increased personal power
• Enhanced communication through direct language
• Better collaboration
The world today is desperate for great leaders. This program offers
individuals an opportunity to reach their full potential. Seize
this moment to position yourself for success!

"When
I am working on a problem, I never think about beauty. I think
only how to solve the problem. But when I have finished, if
the solution is not beautiful, I know it is wrong."
--Buckminster Fuller
