The participants, whether they are board members, executives or employees, will be asked to write a commercial for the company. Who can tell a better story than the people who are inovolved in the daily life of the organization? With limited time and budgets, and a skilled group of professional filmmakers to help, the day turns into an exercise of bonding, sharing, full engagement and thinking outside of the box.

WHY IS THIS PROGRAM DIFFERENT FROM OTHER TRAINING PROGRAMS?

New brain research shows that recall of a learning eperience increases with emotional intensity. Emotions run high when we are in situations that are new; when we are under pressure; and when we are asked to commit by trusting our gut. In this high emotional state, new information is deeply embedded into the subconcious, and behavioral change can then be followed up and supported.

In an effort to determine the succes of the program objectives, we will identify outcome measures and conduct both a pre and post-assessment.
