Welcome to Emotional Technologies. My name is Cat Thompson.  I am a researcher, an author, an artist, a teacher, a mom, a stumbling human and a lover of the mysterious.

We are facing either a crisis of global proportions, or a rare galactic ascension process.  Perhaps both.  One thing is clear: we cannot continue living unconsciously.

For the past 40 years I have explored the nature of consciousness, co-creation and the power of emotion.  I believe that without a better understanding of the true purpose of emotion, we are heading the way of the dinosaurs.  Nothing wrong with that, unless we choose as a species to step up and move into a more conscious creator reality.

Our emotional bodies are exquisitely designed to create the perfect life for us.  When we understand how to evolve our immature emotions into personal power, we step into true creator reality.

There are no bad emotions.  There are only immature and mature feelings. Immature emotions are designed to be expressed in a way that matures them.  This requires an understanding of the maturation process and a sacred structure in which to express.  Emotions are signals and have the energy to change our reality.  Judging them, stuffing them or disowning them simply cuts us off of our greatest power. Mature emotions are the most powerful tool of creation we have.  When all four of our bodies - emotional physical, intellectual and spiritual - are working together, we have the ability to create an environment that manifests a life perfect for our individual journey.

All of my classes, private sessions and publications are designed to help you reclaim and increase your personal power to create the exact life you would most love to live.

It is time for us to come together and build the world we desire.  Rather than spending our energy fighting what we reject, let’s disconnect from the old, archaic structures where we have little to no power.  In the emotional arena, we can accomplish miracles, especially in sacred groups. Spending our precious emotion on bickering over who is right and who is wrong simply drains our power. Instead, spend time asking yourself the following questions:  “If money were no object, what would my life look like? What kind of world do I long to live in?  What am I willing to do to get to that world? How will I maintain and feed that world?  Where is my imagination going? Do I imagine worst case scenarios and then act upon them, or do I imagine best case scenarios and act upon them?  How do I spend my emotional energy?”  When you have a better understanding of what you desire and where you spend your energy, you can find your tribe and begin to consciously create the world you are choosing to occupy.

This is a unique moment not only in our own history, but universally.  We have an opportunity to raise the consciousness of an entire species.  Let’s work together, play together, create sacred theater together, and fly high!
